PolySimulator Preview Terms

These Preview Terms (“Terms”) govern access to the PolySimulator public preview environment (“Preview”). By accessing the Preview you agree to the Terms below.

Preview Nature

• The Preview is provided for evaluation only. It is not intended for production trading or financial advice.
• All balances are virtual and reset at our discretion.
• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

User Responsibilities

• Do not upload sensitive personal data or confidential information.
• Do not attempt to connect real wallets or submit live orders.
• Report security issues promptly to security@polysimulator.com.

Feedback

Any feedback submitted regarding the Preview may be used by PolySimulator without restriction to improve the service.

Disclaimer

THE PREVIEW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. POLYSIMULATOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PolySimulator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Preview. Total liability is limited to USD $100.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Preview access at any time. You may stop using the Preview at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
